Perfect Steak Butter

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
2. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Spoon the butter mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, then roll it into a log shape.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
5. Slice the butter into rounds and place on top of a hot, cooked steak to melt over it.
Notes:
• You can customize the butter by adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
